Coverage comes from the connected peer, not a mesh-wide census. A hosted-server heartbeat is fresh for 90 seconds at report time. This feed does not measure HUB health or hardware capacity.

Fresh reports become stale after two minutes and disappear after fifteen minutes. A configured connection failure never switches to sample data.
